With the project we wanted to affect the School development: - increase professional competencies of students, adopt new skills and recipes, adopt skills of good behaviour and communication skills, presenting what they have learned to others, collecting class materials, creating e portfolio - perfect competencies of participating staff on Job shadowing - modernize the curriculum through collecting materials, written reports with suggestions for improvement, implement professional content in class and practice - integrate students with learning and develop difficulties in class and practice, work beased learning through presented and implemented work methods that will help the staff in work with those students - developing and increasing organisational, implementing and team skills within team members - improving language skills - promoting the School on local and regional level, within the partners in the Project RCK, employers and high education institutions - developing international relations, collecting and arranging new cooperations - evaluation of the School and partners for adopting new guideliness and suggestions for further School development
Participating in the project we want to develop the School in an european way as quality and competent partner in Project RCK. The Project of RCK is a place of professional excellence, educating and training, participating in an european project we want to develop prof. skills of our staff and students so that they can be more competent on labour market. Students will develop their knowledge, experience and competencies, improve language skills and develop responsibility and independence whle the teachers will improve their organisatinal and coordinating skills, they will acquire new communicating skills that they will implement further in their work. Through the project we want to develop the tourist offer of Rovinj city and focus on elit tourism that is more and more wanted. Also, we wanted to achieve and develop a continue international cooperation with foreign partners that the School collective will accomplish and that will contribute to european development plan of the School and promotion of the School according to the more increasing gastronomy, tourist and catering trends.
