Background

Industrial – Craft School Slatina applied for the project "CNC - Tools of the Future" for several reasons. The school tries to follow new technologies in the implementation of classes and thus contribute to the development of students and the local community. We want to implement new knowledge and technological achievements in modernized curricula and thus contribute to the improvement of students' competencies and their employability. We wanted to develop students' awareness of new technologies in modern companies and thus prepare them for the labor market. Especially on modern CNC machines. Likewise, with this project, we tried to be recognized by the public as a school that offers students vocational education that is in step with technology in a modern way, thereby increasing interest in the profession of CNC operator and professions from the mechanical and electrical engineering sectors and changing the prejudices of three-year professions.
