By implementing the project, we wanted to improve the professional and personal competencies of our students through working and staying in an international environment and applying theoretical knowledge in practice. We wanted to improve their ICT competences through work on the latest computer programs and enable them to learn about advanced technologies and work methods in the field of construction, architecture and geodesy, thus preparing them for the European labor market and increasing their employability. We also wanted to improve their linguistic and intercultural competences as well as increase motivation for learning, satisfaction with school and the occupation for which they are being educated. By participating in an international project, we wanted to make the education program better and more attractive for current and future generations of students.
We applied for the project "Building the future together" in order to enable students to do professional internships abroad. Construction is an eclectic combination of art and technique, and in order to work efficiently in this complex field, students need to be able to develop transversal skills and professional competencies. This is precisely why, by participating in mobility, we wanted to provide students with the opportunity for professional improvement and to increase motivation and satisfaction with school, and later with their job. By participating in mobility, we wanted to encourage greater quality and excellence in innovation and develop the international dimension of education and training. Our needs are the modernization of education and the development of new approaches to strengthen the educational process. Mobility of participants is an important part of the development and modernization of the institution, which will thus increase visibility and stimulate interest in enrolling in our school.
