contributing to the personal development of students through increasing motivation, interest, responsibility and independence, communication and social skills; improving and acquiring the expertise and skills of economists, electricans and woodworking tehnician designers through professional practice; improving the quality of education in school by providing opportunities for professional practice abroad for economists and woodworking tehnician designers who do not have practice and insight into methods, principles and ways of working in German companies for electricans; strengthening international cooperation; promotion of the school in order to increase the number of students enrolled; contributing to the creation of a modern school in Glina by expanding the European dimension of the school; improving the quality of educational work, familiarity with modern technologies in the fields of work; encouraging change in our local community - pointing out the importance of change in the direction of modernization, getting to know the possibilities of European projects; the impact on the students of our school who are our future and holders of change; promote vocational occupations
With the project, we wanted to get involved in additional activities to raise the status of the school because we are an area of special state care characterized by declining populations, a small environment that is not competitive enough with larger cities with more opportunities and perspectives especially for younger people. We believe that this project can help us solve the problems we face and that affect our students and school in general. Our goals are: to educate quality young cadres with adequate practice and international cooperation, to develop key competencies and skills of students with the aim of increasing their employment opportunities after school. One of the biggest reasons for project application was the inability to organize practices for economists and tree-lined designer technicians and the necessity of influencing the personal development of young people in the middle that does not motivate them. We sought to increase school recognition, attract more students, and connect with other vocational schools.
