With the project we wanted to: - increase knowledge, skills and competencies of the students for the vocation food tehnician, tehnician nutrionist and baker, - improve professional, vocational and communication skills of the students, - adopt organisational skills about the project managment, - promote our school and increase the school enrollment, - perfect project skills for further application and participation, - develop awareness in students about multiculturalism and possibilities the EU offers, - provide to the students practice in Spain so that they can experience inovative and modern ways of working and also to open nwe possibilities for further employment or/and mobility, - provide participation of students with fewer opportunities, - develop and spread a quality partner net.
We applied for the project because we wanted that our students achieve skills, knowledge and competencies that they don't have the opportunity to see on their school practice. Vocations that participated in the project don't have enough practice that follows up latest trends in food technology and process, ingredients, nutritionism and bakery. We wanted that the students achieve new experience that they will able to implement in their further schooling and future employment. Also, with that we wanted to improve the school image and increase the school enrollment of students. With this project, we wanted to acquire additional experience and skills in project managment since this is our first mobility project that we participate in and we wanted this to be a good background for further participating inEU projects. We wanted to make a partner net with whom we will cooperate not only in this project but also in further projects and with whom we will have a quality cooperation and relation. We wanted to involve participants with fewer opportunities and by that we wanted to give everyone equal opportunities for participating and to encourage them to enrollment in our school.
