The goal was to enable the participants to strengthen their professional and personal skills through mobility, which results in a better quality of the teaching process at school. Like every previous mobility project, this one also aimed to contribute to the internationalization of the teaching process in our School, as well as to promote the idea of mobility outside the institution, but also to make our school more attractive for future students. The goal was to improve the professional competences of students in the field of agronomy following the example of other EU countries, to improve the linguistic and cultural-pedagogical competences of all participants and to ensure the transfer of examples of good practice from the EU to the curriculum of the Agricultural School in Zagreb, as well as to create good foundations for continued cooperation and development partnership relations in new projects.
In the School European Development Plan states that the School wants to improve the quality of education through the international dimension of education and training, improve the level of key competencies and skills, strengthen cooperation between the world of education and training and the world of work, participate as much as possible in projects that promote vocational education .All of these were the reasons for our application, because we believe that this project could contribute to the realization of the above-mentioned items. Considering that we have many years of experience in writing and implementing the project, we decided to respond to the public call and send our 30 students to EU countries accompanied by their teachers to improve their professional and personal competences, with the aim of meeting the needs described in EU development plan of the School.
