Objectives

The main goal of the Erasmus+ KA1 project "Razvoj organizacijskih kompetencija" is the organizational strengthening of POUZ by developing the organizational competences of employees, during which the interests and needs of the participants, their animation (improvement of the marketing system), motivation to participate in lifelong learning and adult education are at the center (development of skills in the preparation, writing and implementation of EU projects in the field of education), simplification of enrollment procedures (development of inovative enrollment and administration processes in the part that is not prescribed by law, e.g. in informal programs, which will not burden and reject the participant, i.e. will provide all necessary info) and monitoring of their attendance at educational programs (communication skills, conflict resolution skills), and the development and use of accompanying (digital) tools (in all phases of work with adult participants, from registration, monitoring to holding classes) to achieve project goals. The goal is to improve the knowledge, skills and competences of employees in the field of quality provision of educational services, which will reflect positively on the POUZ finance.

Background

POU Zagreb applied for a project „Razvoj organizacijskih kompetencija“ in 2020 to enable employees of all departments of the POUZ to participate in structured courses, which will contribute to the improvement of their own business knowledge, skills and competences in the field of the entire business of the College, because there was a great need for the aforementioned areas such as are the strengthening of communication skills, preparation and management of educational programs, (digital) marketing, better application of ICT (digital skills) in business and work with participants, development of new forms of fundraising (eng. fundraising) for the needs of new (EU) skills projects which contribute to the overall development of POUZ. In the same way, cooperation with related institutions and organizations in other countries continues to be achieved, which creates a further prerequisite for gaining new experiences and creates the basis for further, continuous quality development of the College, which will also include the possibility of managing changes, as well as recognizing innovations and the importance investments in human resources, as drivers of the POUZ development.
