There is a lot of reasons which motivated us to carry out this project on exactly this topic, human rights and equality which are 2 things that are not going separately and we need to be aware of both, of importance of protection of human rights and also importance of equality in full sense of that word, gender equality, equal rights of every individual, equal opportunities for all citizens and equal cindtions for all of us. Today we can see a lot of cases of inequalities just by looking around our selves, we can see homeless people, we can see people who are not employed and dont have health care, we can see people whos rights are violated every day because they run away from their country because of war there, we can see people who are not allowed to have families because of there different sexual orientation, we can see people who are unemployed because their background is evaluated less worth and thousands of different cases of ineqailities. With this project we want to make impact on those issues, we want to empower youth to be able to recognize cases of violence of human rights, to feel the empathy with those who are discriminated, to be aware that they can react and that they can do something in society in order to provoke positive changes and make impact on creation of better society, to know who to contact when they are dealing with different situations, to know which tools they can do and most important to involve them in active citizenship through which they can be actively involved in society, create opportunities for more young people, through non formal education and youth activism raise awareness about importance of human rights and equality and to work on improvements of societ on their own. We consider youth as a wheel of change, as those people who need to start the change if we want to have in future society with equal rights, equal opportunities and equal values which will be based on mutual respect and on diversity as an advantage, not as a minus as it is in today society very often understood. Objectives of this project are: - promote human rights and equality as a base for society with equal rights, opportunities and values - empower young people to take active role in active citizenship - provide young people with knowledge, skills and attitude needed for active involvement in society - raise awareness about importance of protection and promotion of human rights and equality - provide young people with opportunities for international mobility based on international education cooperation and multicultural learning - promote Erasmus+ programme and opportunities which it provide to young people - motivate and provoke young people to be active in civic sector and through - work on improvement of key competences of young people by working in international and intercultural environment As we seen that all of those countries are different and we have various issues and numerous number of different cases where different rights are violated but also various diffferent situations with inequalities in society, we recognized that we are dealing with the same problems and that if we work together we can try to find common solutions in sense of activating youth in our countries and giving them opportunity to gain new knowledge, skills and attitude and to improve their key competences in order to become actively involved in active citizenship and make impact on positive changes in society.
