By the implementation of this project, a group of 20 youngsters from 4 different countries and coming from disadvantaged backgrounds will get the chance to get theoretical and practical knowledge on the topic of rural entrepreneurship, as well as a range of new skills, habits, and behaviors, with which the project will not only influence the direct participants of the project but also their communities in which they are usually living because the impact is going to spread onto them as well through sharing their experiences and the change which they are going to start making back home. Youngsters who are mostly facing various difficulties in their everyday lives are going to get the chance for additional non-formal education, for getting to know new cultures, improving their English skills, for traveling, and generally developing a wide range of personal, social and learning competences. By involving youngsters from the region of Lika in which the project will take place, the local community will feel the direct impact of the project not only during but also after the project, because we expect them to get motivated to start making changes in a surrounding, which urgently needs it. Local small enterprises and entrepreneurs in the making will find out about the project through various dissemination and visibility activities and thereby get an additional push to start or continue with their businesses because they will also learn about additional European funds that can support them in their development.
