Through this exchange we want to bring together young people from different countries and positions, motivate them to express themselves through the movement and empower them to use their bodies as a method of raising awareness of social problems. Through exchange, we want to give them space to share information, insights, skills and learn from each other. Through workshops of various movements, examples of good practice and theory workshops, they will gain new knowledge and discover new ways of activism that involve the human movement. They will become more aware that different approaches can contribute to change and will be more motivated to transfer new knowledge to their communities and to make small changes. We believe that by cooperation with peers from different countries and interaction through the movement, young people can understand that their activism also contribute to the creation of communities they want to see in the future. In addition, movement is one of the methods that removes barriers between people and enables young people with less language skills and / or similar limitations to express themselves freely through the non-verbal method - movement. The overall objective of the project is to empower young people to become active in their communities by using physical movement as a powerful method for change. The specific objectives are: • Encourage 36 young people to work together in order to create an activist message focused on raising awareness of social issues • Educate 36 young people how to send the desired message in a simple, creative and very powerful way - through movement • Encourage 36 young people to take the initiative in solving social problems • Motivate 36 young people to make small changes in their own communities • Increase the level of intercultural dialogue and understanding through the cooperation of 36 young people from 6 different countries • Raise the level of creativity of 36 young people • Involve people with fewer opportunities in an international project through collaboration with peers from 6 different countries
