Soften Your Skills focuses on improving the level of skills necessary in the labour market among young people. The skills that the participants will aquire on this project will help them become more rounded individuals, more competitive on the labour market and they will help them in their personal lives as well. SYS is an important project because it will focus on the things that the educational system doesn't focus on as much as it should - communication skills, emotional intelligence, leadership and creativity skills etc. It is of utmost importance to raise awareness about these things as important, and that's why we decided to implement this project. Main objectives of the project are improving soft skills competences among the participants, tackling youth unemployment, raising awareness about the challenges of the labour market, helping the participants express themselves more freely and, in the end, promoting intercultural learning and Erasmus+ programme. Those objectives will be met by interactive activities in which all participants will play an important part. That way, nobody will be left behind and everyone will directly profit from participating.
