Social Impact Project (2019-1-HR01-KA105-060714) had a very good result by the NA after the final report (89/100). That fact, but also interest of involved partners is giving us a big motivation to make a continuation of the project. We have collaborated with all of the partners before (except the Hungarian and Polish), but not on the topic of social entrepreneurship in this form. Therefore, we want to include them and raise the capacities of their organisations, but also receive their experiences which will give us beneficial knowledge and future partnerships. Even though the project was very successful, we will look to improve the downsides and make it even better. Basis for our conclusions was the feedback on the final report by the NA, feedback from the participants and our own views and ideas. - Plan a broader time frame for the dissemination activities by leaving at least 2 months until the end of the project after the main project activity; - Involve more examples and success stories in the workshop content; - Involve more guest speakers by implementing a panel discussion; - More improvements in working methods that were quite dynamic and well received on the first part; - Involve more persons with fewer possibilities - at least two per organisation; - More focus on the methodology output - to make it even more optimised for their local youth work; - More emphasis on examples and experiences from partnering organisations and their countries - to get the maximum possible amount of good practice examples sharing. Through our experience in working with youth and youth workers, we got very well aware that these target groups have not only problems with financing their idea, but also managing and scaling their businesses. We want to spread our practical knowledge about entrepreneurship, management and youth work to organisations that will improve their work in the sector and whose local areas face problems such as: - High percentage of youth unemployment, - Lack of social enterprises, - Little or no self-employment of young people - Non-involvement of youth in local communities - Lack of youth work concerning social impact - Low visibility of existing initiatives This project will enable youth workers to better support young people in turning their ideas into reality. Social entrepreneurship, CSR, successful case studies in local communities, community needs, SWOT analyses, marketing strategies, management, pitching, exchange of local examples and experiences are some of the focusess. Important emphasis will be put on how to popularise social entrepreneurship start-ups in less developed areas and how to successfully orient young persons towards it through the methodology for youth work. Objectives: 1)improve the youth workers’ knowledge and skills in social entrepreneurship with exchange of best practice examples, business & marketing workshops and case studies. 2)improve the level of participants’ skills and competences in youth work activities about social entrepreneurship and business. With participating in this mobility, they will enhance their view on the matter based on trainers’ experience and the experience of other partners. They will improve their youth work on what is a social enterprise, which methods of teaching to use and how to implement appropriate workshops. 3)improve the capacities of partnering organisations including the hosting one - both in educational activities for youth and practical ones. This will be achieved by participation on the project through implemented workshops, output creation and exchange of practices. Additionally, through pre-activity research and dissemination activities in respected local communities and abroad.
