The main theme of the project is Labour market issues incl. career guidance / youth unemployment. The primary objective of the project is fostering employability of youth with fewer opportunities. Specific objectives are: 1. Identifying opportunities for employment and self-employment of young people, fostering it and empowering youth to exploit these opportunities 2. Encouraging the acquisition of skills important for the success in the labor market - communication skills, skills of writing CV, learnin techniques of a successful job interview 3. Engaging youth in social entrepreneurship and the development of ideas for projects that could be implemented in their communities 4. Encouraging the development of interests among young people and encouraging the continuation and completion of educiation 5. Encouraging young people to volunteer and actively involve in their communities 6. Intercultural learning and the spread of social networks and mutual support among young people
