With this project, we want to provide the youth with enough support and guidance and space to make, conduct workshops and disseminate results. The content of the project is the idea of young people and enriched with ideas that youngsters who took part in the YE "Healthy Lifestyle", that happened in April 2019 in Germany, had. Learning from young people/teenagers, in this case, is that they often feel overwhelmed in today's world and are given a lot of responsibilities but not tools on how to overcome stress and high expectations. This is why we want to address emotional, spiritual and physical needs through the following objectives: 1. Raising awareness among youngsters about their well being - different aspects - mental health, physical health, and emotional health. 2. Give tools on how to handle one well being, how to react and help yourself in hard situations. 4. Get input from youngsters for further development of methods that we can use in the future. 5. Multiplicate the results in the local societies of the youngsters, schools, youth centers, etc. This project will be a balance between self-awareness of the issue, showing tools for the youngsters to do at home, and to multiplicate the results in their local communities upon their return home. The project will have 2 activities: and APV for 1 group leader from each partner, and a youth exchange activity for 9 youngsters and 2 group leaders from each partner. By doing the project we also want to impact the local communities, youth workers, partner organizations and media about the importance of teaching young people how to take care of their well being. This project entirely links with the goals and objectives of the Erasmus+ program, the youth part where the goal is to improve the level of key competences and skills of young people, including those with fewer opportunities. With this project, we target the key competencies of young people, especially the ones with fewer opportunities. Further aims that are addressed by this project are: "to raise participants' awareness and understanding of other cultures and countries, offering them the opportunity to build networks of international contacts, to actively participate in society and develop a sense of European citizenship and identity".
