Through the project "Business as EUsuall" we are going to deal with issues of youth unemployment in our member states, but also in the EU level. We are going to use project activities in order to help young people to improve their communication and oratory skills, as well as other soft skills needed to find job in accordance with their education and interests. After this project we expect 42 young people from 7 different EU countries to find adequate job easier, so in that way we are gong to help to decrease unemployment rate for a little bit at least. Also, those 42 young people will gain different skills and knowledge which they can share with other young people in their local communities, so impact of this project can be even bigger. Except from helping young people to gain skills, knowledge and find job, we are planing to put some focus that they learn how to function in multicultural surrounding as well as share with them informations on EU freedoms in terms of youth exchanges, and travelling abroad because of education or employment.
