Curriculum and programs do not follow innovations in vocation.Through this project,we want to encourage changes and innovations of vocational curricula that meet the needs of the labour market through teaching of our educational and non-educational staff. Students will increase their knowledge in the fields of pneumatics, logistics and forwarding,mechanical engineering,electrical engineering and robotics.Mobility participants will increase their language competences by communicating in English.We seek to contribute to the removal of cultural barriers and strengthen the sense of belonging to the EU by educating the participants about the customs and traditions of the partner countries,leading to the development of interculturality and the internationalization of the school.Another aim of the project is to connect the school with foreign partners to promote their school,culture and the country,achieve cooperation where TŠSB would act as a recipient organization.We wish to act on policy changes to support innovative and sustainable development of vocational education and training.Dissemination and use of project results will be achieved at local,regional,national and European level.
Strategic planning,which includes mobility projects for students and teachers,leads to the creation of a network of associates contributing to the mission and vision of TSSB.School's strategy of internationalization is aimed at improving the system of continuing professional development in vocational education and training,which is defined by the development program for VETeducation and training,and by the needs of local economies.This is of outmost importance for our vocational teachers,so they can stay up to date with the latest technologies in their respective areas of expertise.The basic idea behind teacher mobility is the dissemination of experiences of international cooperation and improving students'motivation to participate in mobility.Experiences from previous mobility show that the projects significantly contribute to students motivation for the chosen profession,increase their professional and personal competencies and the quality of preparation for the global labour market.The main reasons for project applications include empowerment of teachers to introduce innovations in work, increase in employability of students improvement of language,education of cultural barriers,internationalization ofthe applicant institution.
