The need for institutionalization is adressed with the project as is the need to develop up-to-date curricula . In this way, the teachers participating in the project will be enabled to create new methods and reforms in vocational education since it was not included in the School for life reform. The project was aimed at introducing the participants to modern technologies and work equipment that they did not use in the partner companies so that they could use it in SŠP, since the School is in the process of renovation. The linguistic and digital competences of the participants wanted to be enhanced with the participation as well as the professional skills of the students so they could increase their employability after schooling. The participation was intended to upgrade the European dimension of the Schools and encourage intercultural awareness among participants.
