The application for this project was done in accordance with the school's mission and vision, with its internationalization strategy and situation at the given moment. The school aims to increase knowledge and skills through modern and motivating approaches and with the help of various projects. Through our internationalization strategy we planned to enable mobility for 10 students per year in four-year occupations (the goal which we accomplished in this project), 12 students per year in three year occupations (accomplished 11), and ca 1 teacher per year (accomplished 3). The mobilities were planned according to our needs and possibilities, and advantage was given to occupations where technologies, methods and materials change and develop more rapidly, in partner institutions that can provide trainings with more quality and thus enable the school's progress. Staff mobilities were planned to enhance teacher's knowledge necessary for the Competence centre in electrical engineering and computing that opens in school year 2022/2023. The goal was to follow trends and the need to preserve environment, which is obvious through working with smart installations.
The goal of this project was to enable students and teachers to gain new knowledge and skills through working with new technologies, methods and materials which they cannot have in regular education. We wanted to improve the competitiveness on the labour market, motivate for constant teacher trainings, increase interest in vocational occupations, exchange experience with colleagues from other institutions as well as expand horizons and learn about foreign languages and cultures. Such successfully implemented project enables more investments in the school development, European dimension in education, increased interest in enrolment in our school, and vocational occupations in general, as well as increased interest in European projects in the local community.
