Background

We applied for this project to enable our students & teachers to develop their skills and competencies by going on mobility. In terms of work experience, for many participants this project was the only opportunity to see the real working environment in companies, because the regular curriculum does not include professional practice outside of school.Computer technician, mechatronics technician, electronics technician and road traffic technician majors do not have professional practice outside of school in their professional programs, but we wanted to give them an insight into the working environment in companies through mobility. For them, Erasmus+ is an invaluable experience because, in addition to learning and strengthening practical skills,it allows them to gain a clearer idea of what direction their personal and professional development could go in, thus increasing their chances of enrolling in the desired college or finding a job.For students in the profession of electrical technician, the goal is to enable recognition as professional practice, which is mandatory for them in the curriculum. The project planned 34 shortterm and 6 longterm mobility of students from all professions of the school, as well as job shadowing for 5 teachers
