Objectives

The project aimed to equip our teachers for the challenges of the 21st-century school environment, enabling them to utilize modern teaching methods, digital tools, and applications. Additionally, it sought to enhance teachers' foreign language competencies and broaden their pedagogical resources. Furthermore, the project aimed to prepare teachers to address negative events and issues among young people and to understand methods for preventing student dropout.

Background

We sought international solutions to address the issues identified within our institution, the factors impeding effective teaching and learning processes, and to rectify the deficiencies noted in teacher competencies. As part of the school's internationalization strategy, our goals include expanding the methodological toolkit for education and training and enhancing teachers' foreign language skills. To achieve these objectives, we explored European solutions and good practices.
