Background

The aim of the project is to support the methodological renewal of colleagues and to develop their foreign language skills. The schools has a long tradition of Erasmus+ programs, the number of the participants could grow each year. The most important message is that colleagues are committed to their own profession and expand their knowledge in a foreign environment. As internationalization is also an important mission of our VET center, we pay special attention to continuous development through international training. With the implementation of the project, our goal was to improve the image of the schools, to inform the local, regional and national community about the basic values and results of the Erasmus + programs through continuous dissemination. The foreign language methodological materials and research results of the given field should be able to involve the educators in the education and thus motivate the students to search for information continuously, which is the basic characteristics of the Z generation. Dedicated and enthusiastic colleagues will educate students for whom it is also important to gain experience in the international environment and to expand the scope of shooting related to their profession.
