We expect the direct utilization of the competences acquired during mobilities as follows: Training of teachers studying foreign languages and participating in methodology courses During the mobility, the colleagues' vocabulary, pronunciation, and foreign language communication skills develop. They become able to better use (share with students) authentic didactic resources, foreign language literature, use foreign language ICT apps/web options, and involve them in teaching. All of this increases students' motivation by using a more varied set of tasks and tools. The development of digital skills strengthens the hourly rate of differentiated education. In the long term, all of this serves the school's goal that our institution responds effectively to the challenges of the 21st century, turning into a modern school that can meet the demands of the labor market. Our medium-term goals set in our previous E+ applications have been achieved. In the course of time, our institution and the professional work within it have developed, we have taken effective steps to achieve successive goals, and the institutional use of the results has generated continuous positive change. Our application activity has reached the stage when our colleagues have already participated in many methodological trainings and are proficient in using digital techniques and modern methodological tools. However, when taking stock of our results so far, we realized that our long-term goals cannot happen without a change in attitude. The goal of our current application is not only to develop our methodology, methods and language skills, but also to effectively use our results in everyday work through the development of teacher and student personalities. The goal of the project is for colleagues with modern and effective teaching personalities to have a constructive influence on their own and the students' well-being and mental health, in addition to knowing the tools and knowledge of the 21st century.
