Objectives

It is a priority in our school to improve the pedagogical and educational methods due to the needs of many medium-skilled students and those with learning disabilities. The participating colleagues came from various fields ensuring that all the pedagogical fields are represented. With the new methods that they learned their main goal is to make a school a better place, where there is a good and protective environment for everyone. It is also important to decrease the number of dropouts. Sharing the outcomes of these international projects is making a good effect on the popularization of the profession and the schooling. Our long-term goal is to broaden our international relations, which could help not only the students’ improvement but also the school’s.

Background

The previously gained good experiences and the successful realization of our 2017 and 2019 projects motivated us to continue the mobility of our current project. After working on our foreign language competencies, we wanted to broaden our knowledge of pedagogical and methodological topics which can be used in our everyday work. When choosing the program, our main goal was that it would fit the needs of our school and students. We built our projects and chose the courses according to this and technical visit has appeared as a new activity. The main purpose of our project was to use the gained knowledge in our daily pedagogical practice and help our students become better and more balanced during their time at school. The improvement of the school’s quality of teaching, the help of schooling, and internationalization were also important for us. Our teaching staff is open-minded and they always look for opportunities to improve their methodological and pedagogical skills. It is also a pleasure for us to see our middle-aged colleagues going to a foreign country with such confidence and sturdiness.
