1. Strengthening the professional connections of our institution has been a pivotal step in enhancing its effectiveness. 2. The revitalization of our staff's key competencies is imperative, given our status as a training school. They must possess the most current knowledge to impart to the student teachers who undergo their training at our institution. 3. One of the ways we achieve this is by adding value: we have reviewed our methods and have become more open to improving our effectiveness. This necessitates staying well-informed about the latest international trends. That's why we have all chosen training and/or job shadowing activities to broaden our methodological repertoire, effectively supporting aspects such as self-regulated learning, the selection of learning strategies, assistance in developing individualized learning plans, promoting social learning, and fostering teacher self-reflection. 4. Equipping heads of institutions with training enables them to credibly lead processes of professional and methodological renewal.
Our primary goal is to promote the professional development of school staff. An important aspect of our methodological renewal is to acquire innovative methods, cooperative and collaborative techniques, and strategically apply them in the daily life of the school. The competition has offered an excellent opportunity for a group of staff to work intensively together towards achieving institutional goals. Our long-term objective is to continue this practice with the entire teaching staff, setting a personal example for both each other and our students. Another objective is to strengthen our school's international relations, both by deepening our existing international partnerships in a professional manner and by forging new ones. We aim to provide opportunities for our staff to utilize and enhance their communication skills in the target language within an authentic environment. The mobility activities undertaken in this project have not only helped our staff identify and nurture our talented students but also enabled them to learn new approaches to supporting students who may be struggling. In particular, job shadowing activities have provided a fresh platform for observing best practices and expanding our professional network.
