Objectives

The aim was primarily to apply what we learned in the courses of new methods, thus changing the attitude of the colleagues who teach natural science subjects, and for the colleagues to share this knowledge with all possible stakeholders. Secondly, we aimed to strengthen and modernize the digital competencies of the participants. We tried to choose courses that help the development of the digital competencies of the participants so that new dimensions would open up in the educational life of our institution as well as in the schools of our wider environment, to whom we can pass on our good practices, giving an example of the European Union expectation of LLL. As improving quality, strengthening innovation, and internationalization were also expressed among the educational board's objectives, these also appeared in the project. With the development of teacher competencies, we also set the following goals: • ensuring a favourable psychological atmosphere for group work; • development of creativity; • strengthening decision-making skills, developing accuracy, patience, and independence • development of communication skills, methods to prevent conflicts; management skills • openness to implementing individual ideas

Background

In addition to stability, pedagogy should be characterized by innovation.Rapidly changing conditions require flexibility from education. The content of knowledge is changing. In order to manage these changes flexibly, we must constantly renew ourselves. That is why we wrote the term New dimensions.. in the title of our project. Self-evaluations have started in our school. We have noticed that the results of certain subjects are not in line with expectations. We used different methods to explore the reasons. We also asked the opinions of the students using a questionnaire. We analyzed the obtained results and prepared a feasibility plan. First of all, the representatives of the real subjects need to change their attitudes and rethink their methods. Renewing the methods of science teachers is one of the keys to a better assessment of our institution and the reduction of early school leaving. Our digital age demands up-to-date ICT competences from teachers. The aim of our project is to participate in courses based on the use of ICT tools. We take great care to pass on our good practices. we are Talent Point and Base Institution, we have pedagogical experts, and we have more opportunities to share knowledge than the school in the area
