We planned to explore and integrate the method of Context4Content and field project in order to achieve our educational goals and to use curriculum as a modern tool; We decided to focus on spreading the experience-oriented acting and teaching through the lower grades in the Mathemetics; We emphasised the use of ICT and audiovisual tools more broadly in upper grades not only using them in passive presentations but more actively during the process of teaching and learning; We planned to develop our teachers’ competences so that they can take part in assisting the formation of effective students’ learning groups through professional renewal; We would like to improve in the constant analyzation and renewal of our pedagogical work as well as develop in the measuring and intensifying the effectiveness of our work. Practical application of neuroeduction will be a new opportunity for this; We planned to focus on achieving development in our employees’ language competences in order to be able to keep contact with foreign experts effectively, to be able to communicate during visiting educational institutes abroad or sharing good-practices with foreign schools and also to be able to study and use international literature in teaching.
The Új Budai Alma Mater Primary School, Art Education School and Kindergarten is known for child-centered pedagogy, modern educational practices, methodological diversity, innovative approach, ambition for transformation and creativity. Beside emotional support, arts and fostering talent, individual development is high on the agenda. In small classes, we provide inclusive education by taking the complex intellectual, emotional, spiritual and physical aspects into consideration. In the program the main areas for improvement were signed as: - methodological and professional renewal, - development in language competences, - opening to international exchange and networking, - strenghtening teaching competences. To achieve these goals those courses were chosen by the management where each of our delegates’ experience, special role in our organization and connection to other educational institutions would guarantee the successful implementation and roll-out of the new practices.
