In the tradition and long term plans of our institution we have thought about the internationalization of our institution, which renders the life of the school more colorful, and the international experiences help and foster the work of the teachers and that of the students. The formation of worldview is also very important, tolerance, empathy, European dimensions, colorfulness, environment friendly behavor, healthy lifestyle The development of competencies is also very important, we have laid it down in our European development plan. Our primary aims are the following: 1. the development of foreign language competencies, foreign language communication the introduction of new teaching methods, the collection of good practices, the development of school management, the spread of ICT tools, environment friendly thinking, and the 2. development of healthy lifestyle 3. enlargement of European dimensions Becoming acquinted with the traditions, culture and customs of host countries is also very important, and our pupils should also become acquinted with them. We want to keep in touch after the mobility, or there should be new connections with the colleagues in the courses, the institutions, the job shadowing host institutions.
Our school can be found on one of the largest housing estates in Debrecen with a lot of students struggling with disadvantages. The educators of our school consider both talent management and disadvantage compensation to be a priority. In order to nurture and expand international relations, it is important to have more and more educators who are able to speak a foreign language at an appropriate level. Unfortunately, we are still lagging behind in this area, and with this tender we have tried to change that. The spread of digital education has been a great challenge for us, which occurred earlier than expected due to the epidemic, but it became possible to acquire useful and applicable knowledge through ICT courses and job shadowing visits based on our application. A healthy lifestyle and sports are also a priority area in the life of the institution, therefore we also tried to establish a sports relationship and exchange of experiences, which can be part of a longer development process. Our school has no enrollment problems due to our diverse and colorful programs. Our educators set an example for our students in life-long learning, to aquire and speak languages, and it is important to use modern tools wisely and meaningfully.
