After analysing the client groups and resources, we identified the real needs of students and parents in terms of education and training, which could have been successfully addressed through an Erasmus project, and the valuable methodological and foreign language knowledge gained from the courses abroad could be widely used within the institution. The members of our teaching staff have always been committed to lifelong learning and the need for continuous professional renewal, whether it is modern knowledge acquired abroad or at home. We wanted to use the project to get involved in European educational trends and to learn things that would enable us to carry out our daily work at a higher standard. We wanted to set example to motivate our students to be open to learn about different cultures, to travel and to be prepared to act quickly and effectively in a dynamically changing world. We applied for this project to bring more up-to-date methodological tools to our teaching, best practices from abroad to our differentiated teaching routine in the classroom or to our extra-curricular activities, from talent management to dealing with those who need to catch up with the others.
