Our aim was to utilize the opportunities within the project in the broadest possible way.iso that the level of education and thus the results of our students should develop. Our strategic goals in the process of internalization, in reflection of the current project, were the following: 1. Broadening our institutional relationships to an international level, broadening the aims of relationships, setting up manadgement 2. Developing the foreign language competencies and methodology of the teachers working in dual language education 3. Acquiring new methods and incorporating them in the process of teaching and learning 4. Development in the handling of students with special needs, talent development 5. Institutional improvement. strengthening the student organization, sharing knowledge, developing pedagogical competencies
Our institution introduced dual language teaching in 2011. In the past years colleagues teaching in these classes have been faced with different challenges such as special need students, students with behavioural problems, special methodology demands, forms of keeping in touch with the parents, conflicts among students, between students and teachers, students and parents, teahers and parents and among parents and among teachers teaching in the same class. Since dual language teaching is the primary appeal of our institution, it was important for us to find solutions for the above problems and we chose the courses in accordance with this need.
