Tutors in theoretical fields have to create good contacts with ‘foreign’ Colleagues to broaden their mind in new techniques, procedures, methods, in one hand mainly in the field of mechatronics and in “early drop out” of vocational education. 3. On the other hand the focus was put on Dual Education System for practical tutors. 4. Tutors dealing with disadvantaged students want to improve their skills how to join forces and give equal chances to students being on lower level of reading comprehension and maths / coherent mind / thinking. They worked together with local tutors. 5. The director and the deputy manager should look into and study the management and cooperation system of different institutions.

Background

The implementation of Kiraly Endre Technical and Vocational School’s Nationalisation Programme is the only chance to put through the strategy plans of our institution to apply for a grant of Erasmus + for vocational students and Colleagues. The Project has included two mobilities for students in Portugal and Turkey, and two mobilities for tutors in Spain and Turkey. Most of the tutors and vocational students have taken part in sharing their knowledge and experience in the field of their vocations. They have been directly or indirectly involved into the nationalisation progress, to get to know and set out different values of different countries and nation. Moreover we wanted to get more and more experience and widen our knowledge in methods, technics of vocational education the same as human values, religions, culture and historical past of different European countries.
