Objectives

By implementing our project, we wanted our school to provide students with cutting-edge, practical knowledge that will help them set and achieve long-term objectives and increase their employment prospects. They ought to be more emphatic and more tolerant of others based on their experience in a multicultural setting. We wanted to meet the needs of the local, regional, or even national and international markets by increasing our competitiveness and providing professionals with the appropriate training in line with the expectations of the economic and labor market. As a result of the project, we are able to train employees who have learned about and are applying EU requirements. Additionally, the transfer of knowledge may aid in the growth of future workplaces. The Europass certificate validates the internship's completion in Germany and helps students overcome regional disadvantages by recognizing ECVET's learning outcomes. As a result of this project's effects, we want to make our school more well-known and popular. We want to keep on having open doors for temporary jobs abroad, accordingly further developing our understudies learning performance, lessen the quantity of quitters and expanding the positive view of our school. At the local level, we also think it's important that the businesses we work with on apprenticeship training can use our school's knowledge to organize and work together, and that we can share our project experience and knowledge with other Vocational Training Center schools. We want to become more well-liked among regional and national institutions that teach the same professions. This is guaranteed by our competitive results and good practices. We would like to maintain our national ties with Poland and work with other partner countries, like France, on further projects together. Our ERASMUS + 2020 project aims to short-termly develop student competencies, increase professional commitment, reduce drop-out rates, and extend internship continuity abroad. We hope that incorporating experience will result in long-term outcomes that guarantee the international dissemination of our school's reputation and the continuous improvement of the professional standard of our vocational training.

Background

The need to provide students with cutting-edge theoretical and professional knowledge that meets today's labor market and international expectations drove our long-term goal of submitting our application. To provide students with opportunities to use their skills, to prepare them for success, and to emphasize the importance of ongoing growth, we wanted to make sure that the internship abroad would continue, so we evaluated and used the results of previous winning Erasmus applications. Our application was submitted with the intention of providing students and educators involved in the project with a global experience during project implementation. Our students should adjust to the new circumstances, become more independent, and learn to adapt to and accept others. Enhance their social competence and proficiency in a foreign language. Our institutional need for this project focuses primarily on enhancing the quality of education and learning, lowering dropout rates, ensuring equality, and bringing theory and practice in school education closer together. It is critical that our students acquire the professional skills that employers in Europe expect of them in the future. Our goal is for students to learn about all the main aspects of other catering profession in addition to their own and to try new things. We want to assist our students in better meeting the demands of the labor market because doing an internship abroad is an advantage in their later employment.
