The main goal was to expand the school's transnational relations and involve colleagues into international project activities. Within this, the development of the teachers' targeted professional competences, learning about international professional best practices, the integration of the acquired experience into the educational activity, and the formation of a general approach to European values. Another goal of the project was for our students to complete their internship in real workplace conditions that has also an important motivationg role. An important objective is to practice professional foreign languages, which may later be a requirement for filling a job. We formulated the following objectives in relation to our mobility: • Gaining international professional practice and experience for our students • Development of foreign language skills • Collecting professional best practices and integrating them into teaching activities • Facilitating the internationalization of the institution By implementing the project we can help young people having the proper theoretical, practical knowledge and professional experience and fit to work to get a job and we can integrate international best practices into our training courses.
With the implementation of the project it managed to realise a student mobility and a staff mobility. Our goal was to be part of the implementation of the strategic concept that supports the internationalization of both target groups, contributes to the development of our school's international relations, learning about best practices and integrating them into our professional work, and provides the opportunity for teachers and students to take part in professional practices in the European Union member states. gain experience. In addition, the development of individual competencies in the international environment was emphasized. In relation to teacher mobility, our goal was to learn about international best practices and then integrate them into the local education system. The goal of our mobility project was to develop the students' professional practices and foreign language competences, to promote their personal development, employability, and participation in the European labor market. We wanted to provide our students the opportunity to complete a professional internship abroad. Our goal is to build and maintain long-term international relations, involving participants from outside the world of education.
