We wanted to achieve the goals mentioned above. Furthermore, to increase the interest in our institution, we can increase our enrollment opportunities. The quality level of our professional work should improve, the motivation of our instructors should be strengthened, and they should be more committed to our institution and their profession. The implementation involved getting to know and mastering special technologies, getting to know the Italian, or more precisely, the Sicilian education system. By implementing the project, we also wanted to achieve the development of personal and language competences, which we consider a success. Our foreign relations have strengthened and we have gained new experiences in the field of project management, which we will practice in the upcoming years.
Based on the experience of previous years, we entered the new application. Since we already had an Erasmus+ project, we knew what opportunities this would bring. We would like to achieve that not only our students, but also the professional and language competences of our teachers and tutors can develop. We considered it important that those who work in the field of gastronomy gain experience and knowledge that is based on one of the most famous culinary arts, Italian. We wanted to learn new dishes and cakes, preparation methods and their ingredients, which we do not or less commonly use in our country. We applied in order to expand our international relations and contact new companies. Furthermore, we expand and increase the professional and linguistic competences of our teachers. We motivate them to take part in international projects as intensively as possible. In other words, dialogue, knowledge sharing and joint activities between companies and trainers should take place. We also wanted to increase the school's role in the international assessment. It is important to keep up with our competitors, so we need to offer new opportunities to our students and teachers.
