It was an important aim for us to improve the language skills of our participants. We considered it important that they improve and acquire the lingo and vocabulary of their chosen field of expertise and to master the courage to use them actively. We hoped that the personality of our students would to undergo a positive change, due to the fact that they had to manage situations on their own at their workplaces as well as during their free time activities. They had to obtain cooperative skills while working in teams. We expected that the journey would have a positive influence on them, and they would return home with various type of experience. We had an accentuated purpose of maintaining and strengthening an excellent relationship with our foreign partners.
Our institution places special emphasis on providing our students with up-to-date, marketable knowledge. We considered it important to make it possible for them to put the knowledge they obtained at our school to test in an international work environment. Our short term aims include the development of their expertise acquired intheir chosen field of law enforcement and IT, as well as the improvement of their communication skills in their second language.
