The most relevant short-term aim of the project was the installation and adjustment of automatic systems at the workshop for the vocational training of our school, which, as visual aid, could be fitted in the practical and theoretical syllabus. Due to the mobilities, our students and teachers are able to gain professional experiences and be familiar with the latest technologies ,emphasising the importance of Industry 4.0. As a result of mobilities, both teachers and students became committed to their profession, which results can contribute to the improvement of the profile of the institution. The most relevant impact of the project was encouraging students to become more responsible citizens of the European Union and to establish a quality lifestyle.
One of the main goals of this project and our institution was to develop our vocational training on the professional area of electronic engineering concerning this field and to issue well-trained, young people. The internationalization strategy of the school sets out the strategic goal of extending institutional relations on international level. Linked to that is involving and contacting partners, due to that fact this was our first collaboration with the German partner Adolf-Kolping Schule within the application in the framework of Erasmus+ programme. We intended our students and teachers to acquire and get acquainted with the most advanced solutions of the use of automatic technologies in the framework of a 3-week-internship and 1-week job-shadowing abroad, strengthening the professional profile of automatic technicians in our institution.
