The main aim of the project was to increase the students' professional knowledge, to learn new methods, techniques and procedures. Our aim was to give our students the opportunity to experience real working environments in non-domestic settings. The programme provides an opportunity to compare technologies used abroad with domestic solutions and different plant sizes. Mobility gives students the opportunity to "learn outside the classroom", especially in the following areas: chemistry, physical chemistry, biology, chemical technology, chemical operations, laboratory practice (for our chemistry, environment and water students), physics, computer science, software development (for our construction, electrical and electronics students). Other objectives were: - earners develop their language competences, practising the use of a foreign language in professional and everyday communication. - increase their willingness to be mobile, - to support learners to achieve learning outcomes and acquire the appropriate knowledge, skills and competences. - to promote learners' personal development and to strengthen personal and social competences that can give them an advantage in the labour market. Thus, the development and strengthening of autonomy, cooperation, responsibility, tolerance and reliability. - to increase participants' awareness and understanding of other cultures, to broaden their cultural knowledge and to develop professional and friendly contacts - learning about the structure of organisations abroad, so that students can learn from the age of ten what it is like to work in a functioning company where they have not only rights but also responsibilities. - use their experience to start businesses at home. In our questionnaire surveys of recent years on the employment of our graduates, we have found that some of our students are not seeking to become employees, but self-employed (especially in the construction sector). They prefer to use self-employment as a legal form, but to maintain a business they need not only to be excellent at their profession, but also to be able to run a business independently and create their own workplace culture. - We would like the project to help highly qualified students leave school on completion of their studies and reduce unemployment in the region. - the opportunity provided by this project will give our school the chance to test the quality of our curriculum and its international relevance in a foreign context. We wanted to acquire new knowledge and, as a result, train professionals with the latest and most up-to-date skills. The objectives of teacher mobility: - to get our teachers out of their comfort zone, to increase their mobility - further their professional development, gain experience abroad - language learning. - the competition is important not only for our students, but also for our teachers, as it gives them the opportunity to see the sights of Barcelona, to cooperate with Spanish professionals, to find future placements and to establish professional contacts. Mobility gives our school the opportunity to expand its international contacts and partnerships.
Our school has successfully implemented several national and international projects in recent years. Because of these successes, we felt that we would like to do an international project again. In addition, there are a number of gaps and expectations that we wanted to fill through the Erasmus+ programme. These are: In terms of our students: 1.Adequate work experience We think it is very important to provide students with the necessary practical training, in addition to the theory, to enable them to get acquainted with the latest solutions, machines and knowledge. This is rarely possible in the domestic environment. 2 Practical application of language skills and acquisition of a broad range of professional language skills Within our institution, we try to provide as much theoretical knowledge as possible, but it would also be very important to have practical knowledge of one or more foreign languages, as many international companies offer jobs in their field of expertise, where the lack of such knowledge is an irreplaceable disadvantage. The project could motivate them to learn languages and strengthen their linguistic competences, helping them to find jobs in international companies more easily after completing their studies. 3. Work experience in another country Learning about international working conditions and standards - this would encourage our students to learn more consciously and develop a sense of professionalism in the profession. 4. Participation of apprentices in a summer placement The new Vocational Education and Training Act and the framework curricula require students to participate in a summer work placement. This will allow us to make constant progress not only in the development of our students, but also in the development of our teaching methods and curricula. For teachers and the Institution: 1. Developing staff competences, both for teachers going abroad and those staying at home. 2. to increase staff mobility, professional and linguistic development 3. to identify gaps in the school curriculum, identify needs 4. European outlook, cooperation with partner institutions
