Objectives

This was the first Erasmus+ project for the institution. Our objectives were: 1, Providing highly qualified professionals for the labour market. We are the only one in the city and the region in the field of social and health education and training. Our graduates are welcomed by the surrounding businesses and public institutions. Many of our students do not move away from the the city and start their careers here. 2, Our city is currently facing a major labour shortage, and our school aims to overcome this shortage by training a large number of well-qualified professionals. 3, To provide students with a quality qualification: through work experience, they can broaden their knowledge, learn new methods and professional technologies, and transfer them to their peers and teachers at school, and use them later in the workplace. 4, Internships abroad: students can experience a different environment and culture and learn about working conditions and working methods in another country 5, Language development: in another country, they will be forced to speak in a foreign language and thus develop their foreign language competences and skills, which are nowadays indispensable, especially in the field of IT. 6, Building international contacts: our students will bring international experience to their professional careers and new opportunities in the workplace, and international contacts will expand the opportunities both for the school and for the institutions and businesses in the area. Our school can develop more easily and quickly, and also build long-term international relationships. 7, Improving our school. Information technology is one of the fastest and most dynamic industries, which is why we introduced the training in our school from the 2018-2019 school year. This is the field in which we have sent the largest number of students. 8, If students later want to start their own business, they will have experience of how these companies operate in a foreign environme.nt, what the principles and rules are, what the communication is like, how a business is set up and how it works. 9, A successful project is a source of pride for our school.

Our renewed training courses are designed to meet the needs of the labour market, with a view to offering students good earning, employment and further education opportunities. Thanks to the use of state-of-the-art technology and a highly professional teaching staff, there is a high level of interest in our school.
