The goal of the internships abroad, and this was also the goal of our institution, was to broaden the students' horizons, to strengthen their need for lifelong learning, to motivate them to further develop in their profession, to develop the students' foreign language competence, to develop something in their interpersonal skills. , intercultural, social, entrepreneurial, learning learning competencies. This is how we were able to reduce attrition, and interoperability increased during long-term cooperation. Our goal was to balance the possible failures that the students acquired through the theoretical education and to make the practical work experiences gained during the program a positive experience, while we can bring hidden theoretical knowledge into the lives of the students. Participating in the exercises provided students with self-confidence and a sense of success. The program played a major role in catching up and nurturing talent, as well as being an inhibiting factor in early school leaving. After all, with their positive experiences, the students are much more connected to the profession and the school, they will be more motivated to learn the theoretical curriculum at home.
In order to professionally operate the preferred dual training in the Hungarian vocational training system, our school needs the cooperation and experiences that we see with our partners, such as educational, work organization, management methods, and environmentally conscious guidelines. It is important for professional colleagues to learn about the professional innovations learned during mobility, so that the difference between what is taught and what is required at work is as small as possible. The program promotes the professional development of students and colleagues, broadens their horizons, motivates them to further develop in their profession, to be open and receptive. Upon returning home, our students pass on their knowledge to their peers and colleagues, thus helping the continuous renewal of our education, as it is integrated into our training and will be a useful part of everyday education. motivates them for further development in their profession, in order to develop the students' foreign language, interpersonal, intercultural, social, entrepreneurial and learning competencies.
