In the strategic development of the institution, the focus was primarily on quality improvement.The main areas to be improved were quality improvement, deepening of professional relationships, exchange of good practices, expansion of workshops with new themes and inclusion of good practices in our adult education work.We will utilize the results of the mobilities in the organization of our trainings, workshops and activities especially in improving their content.The purpose of the project was primarily the qualitative development and modernization of the company's adult education programs, learning new techniques, getting inspirations and ideas, learning new educational methods and educational content, inegration of these experiences into our daily operations. It remained an important goal not only to expand the international contact network (with visits to French and German institutions), building new professional relationships, but also maintaining the existing, well-functioning partnerships (with Italian, Danish, Norwegian partners).During the study trips, our adult instructor was able to learn new teaching methods and new basket weaving techniques that can improve the quality of our courses.
We dared to dream big in the project, as we believed that this project could lay the foundation for the future of the company, determine its direction and future scope of activities. The purpose of the mobility project was to achieve successful international cooperation between Human Sanat LP, a small company with an adult education profile, and 5 foreign partner institutions. The common goals represent European values: mutual openness, collaboration, professional enhancement of organisations and companies with a focus to preserve folk traditions via shared projects, as well as the establishment and nurturing of long-term partnerships, which yield the exchange of experiences of unparalleled value. In order to develop educational activities, we wanted to learn about foreign models, good practices, and new techniques and adapt them to the domestic environment. By getting to know new, unique weaving techniques, material combinations and forms, the topics of our course offer have been expanded, offering those who are interested something unique in the domestic context as well.
