The original specific objective of this project was that within 2 years of the project, 5 of our instructors would take part in short courses offering nature-based non-formal learning and therapy methodology, thus contributing to the long-term goals of the association, and within the framework of the project, we would organize a one-day dissemination adult learning course with the participation of 25-30 people, in which all the instructors use the methodologies learned in the project as facilitators. Through these, we wanted to develop the main area of the organization's activities in the long term: - economically sustainable operation in the field of adult learning, offering trainings aimed at viable demand on a commercial basis: - which is aimed at adult students - which builds on structured exercises and group processes carried out in Nature - in which we can use our previous experience - for which we want to develop the competencies of our instructors
Pandora Association has been operating since 2012 and has been coordinating international youth exchanges and international trainings ever since. In 2017 we started our first strategic cooperation project in the field of adult learning, entitled "Mother Nature - Strengthening Professional Capacity to support mothers in their personal transformation". The next strategic partnership project "Inner Pathways to Sustainability" started in 2018. Both projects are related to the topic of learning through nature, the target group of the first one is mothers and professionals helping mothers, the second one is aimed at professionals dealing with non-formal learning of adults, trainers and facilitators. The purpose of this project was to increase our professional competences to develop more learning programmes in the field of adult learning, based on structured exercises and group processes conducted in Nature, in which we can utilize our previous experience and use the new competencies of the teachers involved in the project. The long-term (general) goal and mission of this project is to contribute to the spread of learning/therapeutic methodology in our country based on nature-connection, conscious presence in nature and practices.
