The association's European Development Plan and the goals set out in it are based on the organization's strategic plan and aligned with the goals of Erasmus+ and our AllDigital network. Based on these, he wishes to achieve the following goals with the implementation of the project: -helping people living in small settlements to get to know the world and other cultures - promoting the use of new technologies among the targeted group - providing new ways to strengthen training and consultancy services, especially in the field of digital skills development and employability - community building and helping to preserve cultural values - motivating young adults to get involved in the organizational tasks of adult education - increasing the association's international relations
Our association was founded in 2000. Our aim is to help the economic, social and cultural development of the settlements and micro-regions of the rural, to create territorial equality of opportunity in the countryside and to overcome regional disadvantages. Villages are impoverished, young people move away. One of the most important conditions for them to stay in their homeland is that the people living there find a suitable job. Digital literacy is also essential for their inclusion in the bloodstream of society. We need to respond urgently to these challenges. Our environment is constantly changing, and our association must change as well. Thus, we strive to reorganize our network and ensure its sustainability. We want to adopt good practices, methods, and teaching materials at the international level as well. In rural settlements, we want to address the hard-to-reach people and promote digital literacy based on the relationship between generations. We consider it important that all member organizations of our network are actively involved in the work at regional, national and international levels. For this, as coordinators of the network, we must involve the staff and volunteers of the member organizations in the training, planning, application and organizational tasks.
