Our project aimed to provide participants with the opportunity to experience an international environment in which they could develop the 8 key competences in similar projects and how they could use them to benefit their sending organisation. Participants were also given the opportunity to set their own development goals, so that they can set further long-term learning goals after the training. In this way, they will be able to carry out higher quality youth and peer facilitation work, increase the recognition of their organisation and the work they do, and make their work and programmes more attractive to the young people they reach. We also aim to help them learn about each other's cultures, traditions and customs.
