In the course of youth exchange, we covered the issues of cultural differences and similarities, common and universal human and European values. The aim of our project was to sensitize young people, focusing on acceptance through getting to know each other. During the project, young people discovered their common cultural and historical background, which also contributed to strengthening young people’s solidarity and tolerance. We also considered it important to develop international relations and strengthen relations between neighboring countries, and for young people to be able to set and achieve their goals on their own, to understand themselves from the perspective of others and to understand others from their own perspective. The project also focused on developing young people's key competences, intercultural dialogue, social inclusion and solidarity, promoting non-formal learning and developing the skills and competences of youth workers.
