Our organization, EBI, aimed to achieve several objectives by implementing the Erasmus+ project in the Youth Mobility category. Our primary goal was to provide young people from different backgrounds with the opportunity to develop their soft skills, such as public speaking, teamwork, critical thinking, and creativity, in a non-formal education setting. Through the use of music as a common language, we aimed to bring together participants from different cultures and nationalities, in order to promote mutual understanding, tolerance, and active citizenship. Furthermore, we wanted to promote the importance of self-development and self-exploration among young people, and to provide them with relevant information and support as they transition into higher education and adulthood. Our project also aimed to empower young people to become active citizens, who are able to make a positive impact in their communities. In order to achieve these objectives, we planned to implement a series of activities, such as organizing music festivals, providing mentoring and guidance, and offering training and workshops. These activities were designed to be interactive, engaging, and experiential, in order to maximize the impact on the participants and provide them with a holistic experience that will empower them to overcome future challenges and obstacles. Overall, our project was designed to provide young people with the skills and knowledge they need to succeed in the future, and to create an environment where they can develop as individuals, grow as a team and achieve more than they thought was possible.
