Background

In 2015 our school was awarded the Erasmus Vocational Training Mobility Certificate, which was based on the creation of an internationalization strategy. Since 2005, during the continuous, high-quality implementation of the EU programs, we have incorporated previous experiences and results every year. In the implementation of the strategy, we tried again to develop thinking based on learning outcomes. These tasks required a new way of thinking from both teacher and student. The inclusion of ECVET elements, using Europass, activities, follow-up, analysis and self-reflection, the formulation and evaluation of knowledge-skills-competence-responsibility acquired during professional practice have now become the cornerstone of our programs. Erasmus plan created in 2022 raised the implementation of our institution's international programs to a new level. Our goal is to use the achieved results and continuously apply the strategy to create and ensure the participation of our future students and colleagues in the internationalization process, during which the positive impact on the individual lives of students and colleagues and the organizational development of the institution is integrated into the life of the participants and the school.
