Our most important goal is for our students to have professional and foreign language knowledge that meets the constantly changing labor market expectations. Our students participating in the trips completed part of their professional practice abroad. The goal is for students to develop at a host institution that performs activities appropriate to their studies. Learning about international practice and new technology helps them to prepare themselves as employees. For us, ERASMUS+ makes it possible for our students to get to know European culture, the professional expectations of the partner countries and to practice the foreign language in a native language environment. It is important for us that as many disadvantaged students as possible participate in mobility. Our colleagues must always monitor the constantly changing professional expectations. The requirements of the new, complex training system require extensive information on the part of the instructors. In the professions we teach, it is essential to apply international trends in addition to domestic trends. ERASMUS+ provides an opportunity for professional development for our employees. All our objectives were achieved with the help of the 2020-2023 mobility application.
The Zwack József Technical and Vocational Training School of Vocational Centre of Békéscsaba has been actively participating in ERASMUS+ mobility applications since 2014. As a result of our successful Certificate Application in 2016, we submitted our applications with a Mobility Certificate from 2017. Since 1954, the institution has been a key player in secondary education in Békés County. The ERASMUS+ mobility option contributes greatly to maintain our competitiveness and the success of our enrolment. Thanks to international collaborations, our students can gain professional experience abroad. Teaching Generation Z encourages us to update our training offer and its content constantly, following the principles of the Vocational Training 4.0 strategy. That is why we adapt the "good practices" that suit us not only domestically, but also internationally. The vocational training innovation process is also supported by our internationalization strategy, in which we involve foreign institutions and business organizations thanks to ERASMUS+ grants. We continuously support the participation in international projects of colleagues who want to expand their practical knowledge relevant to their professional development through mobilities.
