Our goals in this project according to our Erasmus Plan:Involving more professions and increasing students in mobilities. This is supported by the developmental goal of expanding international relations, which is realized in the expansion of student internships and their training areas, as well as in finding new partners for teacher mobility.The aim is to strengthen the curriculum, to acquire, incorporate and credit certain parts of the curriculum at foreign training sites. For each profession, we determine a part of the curriculum, the acquisition of which at a training place abroad ensures a higher level of competence development. The requirements and evaluation are based on EQAVET, which are included in the students' performance. This is helped by the developmental goals formulated for teacher mobility, the strengthening of the teachers' professional and foreign language competences, and the creation of higher quality professional education through knowledge sharing and integration into local curriculum. Acquiring internationally competitive expertise that meets the needs of labour market, which we support by increasing the number of Europass holders and developing their general and professional foreign language competences.
The mission of our institution is to educate young people who know European values,are active and excellent in their profession, who are capable of renewal and adapt to challenges of the modern age. They have modern digital and technical skills, are creative, speak a foreign language and are aware of the importance of sustainability. We strive for effective cooperation with our partners, and we adapt our training offer to the needs of labor market, thereby ensuring the placement of our students and the chance of long-term employment. Part of our organizational culture is internationalization based on our contacts that extends beyond our borders, is guaranteed by student and teacher mobilities realized with our Erasmus + (VET) accreditation.With our present project, we can ensure that students of six professions become professionals working in an outstanding technological environment with significant IT support, and that their creativity unfolds with innovative solutions and professional innovations. With their professional development in accordance with European directives, our instructors have the opportunity to become professional teachers who speak a foreign language well and are able to comply with the 21st century challenges.
