We wished to send teachers and other staff to attend intensive courses with an eye to achiveing the goals stated above. Varying different combination of teachers and non-teaching staff was conciously arranged in order to increase understanding and a culture of tolerance and cooperation in the staff. As wide a selection of teachers and non-teaching staff was chosen in order to acheive this.
The motivation for applying for this project was a desire to enhance integration of subjects, digital learning and use of varied ICT tools, a focus on innovation and experiments in varied teaching and evaluation methods and to explore ways to educate students towards democracy and creativity. These goals are in line with the school's Erasmus+ goals as stated in our accredidation.
