Our main objectives were to enhance the skills and competencies of our teaching staff in areas critical to our school's strategic goals, such as ICT integration, maker space creation, environmental education, and innovative language teaching methodologies. We aimed to empower our educators with new teaching tools and methodologies to enrich the learning experience for our students and foster a more engaging and inclusive educational environment.
We applied for this project to address the evolving educational needs at Melaskóli, focusing on integrating ICT in teaching, setting up maker spaces, promoting innovative educational methods, and enhancing foreign language teaching. Our goal was to foster a continuous professional development culture among our staff to meet the challenges of modern education and prepare our students for a rapidly changing world.
