The project's objectives have been substantially achieved, despite the difficulties and interruptions caused by the pandemic and the consequent state of emergency, which slowed down teaching and the implementation of mobility activities. Nevertheless, the school has reached the set objectives, such as: --Improvement of the educational offer and academic results --Reduction of school dropout rates --Acquisition of technical-professional, linguistic, and personal skills (including key and transversal competencies) --Strengthening of participants' CVs and better employability for new graduates --Improvement of relationships both locally, with companies in the area and the Pisan context, and internationally, through the establishment of stable partnership networks (which led to the planning of a new project in 2023) --Enhancement of digital skills and technological innovation, also considering the pandemic that forced the use of innovative teaching tools --Improvement and enhancement of the skills of internal school staff, both teaching and non-teaching, through the opportunity to manage a project and get to know European dynamics up close.
The school has promoted the project to continue the process of innovation in methodologies, content, and its educational offer in line with the strategic plan of Internationalization approved by the Teaching Staff. It is considered fundamental to expand the offer by introducing an internship program to be carried out in an international context, giving opportunities for qualified internships to its students and recent graduates. The use of Community foreign languages is a strategic tool for easier access to employment and the exchange of know-how, and creates the conditions for the effective mobility of students and workers within the EU. With a priority emphasis on Inclusion, the school has also involved students with special educational needs, both with learning problems and with socio-economic disadvantage, to give them the opportunity to make unique experiences in a protected environment, which will encourage their integration into the world of work.
